DePauw Places 14th at Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble

Oberlin, Ohio - Led by Jenny Noll's 20th place finish, DePauw totaled 408 points and finished 14th at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble. Oberlin won with 104 points and Bates was second with 112.

Noll covered the 6,000-meter course in 22:18.3 and was followed by Riley Hickman in 61st (23:04.2) and Haley Thompson in 106th (23:32.3).

Rounding out the Tigers' top seven were Madison Bahr (23:42.5/116th), Natalie Gruszka (23:48.7/123rd), Kate Hennessey (24:03.8/137th) and Nana Norimoto (24:12.0/147th).

Evie Bultemeyer of Trine topped the field of 283 runners in 21:01.9.

"It was a good day for the ladies," DePauw head coach Kori Stoffregen said.

"Our goal was to tighten our gap and we did that. We have some momentum now going into conference."

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, November 2, at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships in Carmel, Ind.
