Four Top-Three Finishes Highlights Tigers' Efforts at Anderson

Anderson, Ind. - In the final meet before next weekend's North Coast Athletic Conference Championships, DePauw posted four top-three finishes at Anderson University's Fred Wilt Invitational.

Emily Wilson tied for first in the high jump (1.55 m), while Meghan Hennessey was second in the 3,000 meters (11:08.52). Also in the 3,000 Riley Hickman was fourth (11:35.34) and Andrea Nunez-Garcia eighth (12:06.87).

Turning in third-place finishes were Gabby Coffing in the mile (5:35.46) and Natalie Gruszka in the 800 meters (2:30.34). Tori Flowers was sixth in the mile (5:41.61). Also in the 800, Maddy Bahr was seventh (2:40.01) and Joslyn Fox eighth (2:40.95).

Haley Thompson was fifth in the 5,000 meters (19:05.57) as was Emily Schabes in the 400 meters (1:09.01). Ellie Reece placed sixth in the 400 meters (1:09.56).

The Tigers compete in the NCAC Indoor Championships, March 2-3, at Wabash College.
