Atlanta, Ga. – Top ranked Emory defeated 39th-ranked DePauw 9-0 on Saturday.
Emory, who sits at 7-4 this season, features four players in the ITA DIII Women's National Singles Rankings.
At No. 3 singles Daniela Lopez, ranked 28th, beat Megan Galle 6-2, 6-1, and at No. 4 singles Stephanie Taylor, ranked in a tie for 50th, defeated Amanda Showalter 6-3, 7-5. Meredith Breda fell 6-2, 6-1 at No. 5 singles, and Sarah Wilder fell 6-1, 6-1 at the No. 6 flight.
Harding and Gonzalez-Rico are ranked second nationally, and they defeated Galle and Wilder 8-1 at the No. 1 spot. Morris and Bush fell 8-0 at the No. 2 spot, and Breda and Showalter fell 8-2 at the No. 3 flight.
DePauw falls to 3-8 on the year. They travel to Wisconsin for the Midwest Invitational on April 6.
