Perry Park, Ky. - Led by Larisa Luloff's third-place performance, DePauw finished fifth at the Perry Park Spring Fling. The Tigers shot a 310 in the opening round and a second-round 326 for a tournament total of 636. Findlay won with a 609 followed by Missouri-St. Louis (614), Eastern Michigan (620) and Tiffin (633).
Luloff shot a two-round 151 (73-78) to tie for third, while Tarinni Sameer Kakar tied for 29th at 160 (78-82) and Rachele Miller tied for 36th with a 161 (78-83). Anna Foley finished in a tie for 50th with a 166 (83-83) and Emily Balding tied for 63rd at 170 (81-89).
Playing as individuals, Allison Miller was tied for 15th with a 155 (74-81) followed by Paige Sanfelippo in a tie for 29th with a 160 (79-81), Cristal Chan tied for 72nd at 173 (82-91) and Layla Ahmadi tied for 77th with a 175 (88-87).
Natasha Ainsley-Thomas of McKendree was the medalist with a 150 (72-78).
The Tigers, ranked fourth in the latest Division III Coaches' Poll and sixth by Golfstat, return to action April 6-7 at the WashU Invite in St. Louis.
