Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw junior Larisa Luloff (Cary, Ill./Cary-Grove) has been selected to the Women's Golf Coaches Association Division III All-America Second Team in an announcement made last night at the WGCA Division III Awards Banquet held in Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla.
Luloff, an honorable mention all-America selection last year, entered the Division III Championships ranked 15th in Division III by Golfstat. She leads the Tigers with a 77.17 stroke average over 23 rounds this year with nine top-10 finishes out of the 11 events in which she competed. Luloff won the Kyle Campbell Classic in September with a two-round total of 150 and posted a low round of 74 on three occasions.
Luloff finished second at last month's North Coast Athletic Conference Championships to lead the Tigers to the league title. She also was named to the WGCA All-Great Lakes Region Team for the third time in her career.
Joining Luloff on the 10-player all-region squad is junior Rachele Miller (Princeton, Iowa/Pleasant Valley). Miller earned all-region honors in 2016 and entered this week's national championships with the team's second-lowest stroke average at 79.87 over 23 rounds.
She finished in the top 10 eight times out of 11 events including sharing medalist honors in the Kalamazoo Tri-Match at Pinehurst, N.C.. Her low round of 74 came in the opening round of the Illinois Wesleyan Fall Classic and she earned all-North Coast Athletic Conference honors after tying for fifth.
Miller is currently tied for fourth, just two strokes off the lead at the midway point of the NCAA Division III Championships, while Luloff is tied for 61st. As a team, the Tigers are seventh with two rounds to play.
