Tigers Finish 11th at Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble

Oberlin, Ohio - Paced by Cole Martin's 26th place finish, DePauw totaled 346 points and finished 11th at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble. Berea won with 75 points and Otterbein was second with 109.

Martin covered the 8,000-meter course in 25:21.1 and was followed by Kyle Munz in 60th (25:54.2) and Zane Williams in 81st (26:06.5).

Rounding out the Tigers' top seven were Ford Baker (26:10.6/87th), Aaron Worley (26:18.6/102nd), Michael Ocasek (26:41.5/142nd) and Miles Main (27:00.9/176th).

Trey Razanauskas of Case Western Reserve topped the field of 339 runners in 24:42.2.

"The conditions for the meet were very fast and that got some of our guys out too aggressively," DePauw head coach Kori Stoffregen said. 

"We will be better on a more difficult course at NCAC."

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, November 2, at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships in Carmel, Ind.
