Tigers Finish 10th at McNichols Invitational

Terre Haute, Ind. - In a field of primarily Division I schools, DePauw totaled 249 points and finished 10th at the John McNichols Invitational. Purdue won with 24 points and Indiana State was second with 97.

Cole Martin led the Tigers in 26:42.5 which was 45th overall, while Zach Batt was in 47th in 26:45.3 and Paul Christian in 48th in 26:45.9.

Rounding out the Tigers' top seven were Zane Williams (103rd; 28:34.4), Miles Main (104th; 28:38.0), Michael Ocasek (107th; 28:50.2) and Trevor Hoftiezer (108th; 28:51.1).

Curt Eckstein of Purdue was the top finisher in 24:52.9.

The Tigers return to action on Saturday, September 29, at the Greater Louisville Classic.
