Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw moved to 1-5 on the season after topping Centre, 8-1, on the DePauw indoor courts. Centre dropped to 0-3.
The Tigers swept the three doubles matches as the first team of Greg Frauenheim and Bryce McClanahan topped Danny Nelson and Arpit Maini by an 8-4 score and the number-two tandem of Wyatt Metzger and Billy Louiselle defeated Matthew Bulow and Josh Joiner 8-5. DePauw's third doubles team of Alex Bertolini and Will Sultan were 8-2 victors over Max Middleton and Ben Hadlock.
In singles play, Frauenheim defeated Maini 6-1, 6-1 at the top spot, while Metzger was a 6-1, 6-2 winner over Adam Slone at third singles.
At fourth singles, Bertolini defeated Bulow 6-1, 6-3, 1-0 (10-6), while Louiselle topped Ben Hadlock at fifth singles 6-0, 6-3 and Alex Pintilie was a 6-2. 6-0 winner over Nelson at sixth singles.
Centre's point came at second singles as Max Middleton defeated McClanahan 0-6, 6-3, 1-0 (10-5).
DePauw returns to action on March 2 with a 4 p.m. home match against Principia.
