#14 DePauw Falls to Top-ranked Denison

Granville, Ohio - DePauw, ranked 14th in Division III, slipped to 4-3 on the season after falling to top-ranked Denison by a 197-92 score.

Credited with firsts for the Tigers were Brandon Sholtis in the 100-yard butterfly (53.20), Mitchell Davis in the 100 individual medley (55.67).

Sholtis also had a second in the 50 free (21.55) as did Kurt Swieter in the 200 free (1:44.08), Sam McManus in the 100 breaststroke (58.72) and 100 free (47.33), Zach Johns in the 100 fly (53.50) and Kyle Winters 100 IM (56.56).

DePauw's 200 free relay of Sholtis, Aidan Schurig, McManus and Sam Wagner were also first in 1:25.11. 

The Tigers return to action on Friday, January 13, at Rose-Hulman before hosting Franklin at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 14.
