Denison Snaps DePauw's Six-Match Unbeaten String

Greencastle, Ind. - Denison scored midway through the first half and it held up in a 1-0 North Coast Athletic Conference win at DePauw. DePauw dropped to 7-2-2 overall and 1-1-1 in the NCAC and had its unbeaten streak snapped at six. The Big Red improved to 3-6-1 overall and 1-1 in NCAC play.

Denison outshot DePauw, 8-7, and held a 6-3 edge in shots on goal. The Tigers led in corners, 4-1 and had five fouls to the Big Red's three.

Austin Bodner recorded five saves in goal for DePauw, while Dylan Brown totaled three for Denison.

DePauw plays at St. Mary-of-Woods tomorrow in a 1 p.m. contest.
