Terre Haute, Ind. - Doug Bannon's goal with just 33 seconds left in the first overtime lifted DePauw to a 3-2 victory at Rose-Hulman as the Tigers collected their third overtime win of the season. DePauw moved to 6-1, while Rose-Hulman dropped to 2-3-1.
Justin Mitchell put the Tigers ahead just 33 seconds into the contest with an assist from Parker James before Rose-Hulman evened the count at 25:21 on Michel Farhat's score off a double assist from Eric Kirby and Wyatt McKibbon.
Will McGowen gave the hosts their first lead of the game at 38:41 with an assist from Eric Kirby. Rose-Hulman's 2-1 lead held up until Mitchell delivered the tying score with an assist from Oliver Shebek.
Mitchell then added his second assist as Bannon brought home the game-winning score which also was his first collegiate goal.
DePauw held a 13-9 edge in shots including 7-4 on goal. The Engineers had four corners to the Tigers' three.
Austin Bodner recorded a pair of saves for DePauw with Pascal Schlee totaling four for the Engineers.
