Tigers Finish Season with NCAC Win at Hiram

Hiram, Ohio - DePauw wrapped up the 2019 season with a 22-4 North Coast Athletic Conference win at Hiram. The Tigers finished the season at 7-8 overall and 4-4 in NCAC play, while the Terriers finished at 6-9 overall and 0-8 in conference play.

DePauw jumped out to a 10-0 lead after the first quarter and Hiram was no closer than eight goals the rest of the way.

Buck Dorger paced DePauw with four goals, while Steen Jorgensen and Will Roberts each totaled three. Quinn Roddy paced the Tigers with five assists. Hunter Jenkins scored three goals for the hosts.

Jack Gruchacz recorded three saves and Luke Ruiz-Funes two for the Tigers with Liam Osborne stopping 12 DePauw shots.

The Tigers led in shots, 53-20 and 48-29 in ground balls, while Hiram won 15 of 28 faceoffs.

Cole Speer and Joe Garvey each had seven ground balls with Donny Bleifuss, Speer and John Rawlings each caused four turnovers.
