Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw moved to 10-3 on the season after splitting its two Saturday matches as part of the DePauw Tigers Invitational. The Tigers opened with a 3-0 (25-16, 26-24, 25-23) win over Hanover before Millikin topped the hosts 3-0 (25-23, 25-19, 25-15).
In the opening match against Hanover, Morgan Stearley recorded 17 kills, while Elisabeth Wilson added nine and led with a .450 hitting percentage with no attack errors in 20 attempts. The Tigers hit .213 as a team to Hanover's .110 and held a 44-42 edge in kills.
Keegan Kollias assisted on 33 of DePauw's kills, while Haley Alexander had 16 and Abby Crump 15 for Hanover. Monique Huynh had four aces for the Panthers, while Kollias and Wilson each had one for DePauw.
Rachael Lenderman and Emily Beckes each had 16 digs, while Kollias added 13 for the Tigers. Huynh paced Hanover with 20 digs. DePauw totaled seven blocks as Haley Bitzer had one block solo and four assists and Gabi Allread added one solo and three assists.
The Tigers hit just .075 in the loss to Millikin as the Big blue hit .176 and held a 46-28 edge in kills.
Suzanne Peters led DePauw with eight kills, while Erin Syversen had 16 for Millikin.
Kollias led DePauw with 21 assists, while Rose Syversen chipped in 20 for the Big Blue. The Big Blue's Kelsey Talkington had three of her teams' six aces.
Beckes had a team-high 14 digs with Stearley adding 12. Erin Syversen and Cassidy Kingery each had 16 digs for Millikin. Wilson paced DePauw with one block solo and three assists, while the Big Blue's Talkington had two solos and three assists.

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, September 24, when they open North Coast Athletic Conference play with a 3 p.m. home match against Allegheny.
