Tigers Finish in Fourth-Place Tie at O'Brien National Invitational

Granger, Ind. - DePauw shot a second-round 312 and finished the two-day O'Brien National Invitational with a 633 and in a tie for fourth at the Knollwood Country Club. Wittenberg won with a 591 followed by George Fox at 616 and Texas-Tyler with a 632. The Tigers finished tied with Washington and Lee.

Larisa Luloff paced DePauw with a 154 with a pair of 77s to tie for seventh, while Rachele Miller tied for 12th with a 156. Sheinnera Gerongay finished tied for 19th with a 159 with Kharissa Carras tied for 37th at 167 and Danielle Smith in a tie for 42nd at 169. Playing as an individual, Quincy Ballard tied for 12th at 156.

Wittenberg's Jane Hopkinson-Wood was the medalist with a 141 including a 68 today.

DePauw returns to action on September 19-20 when it hosts the Dan Quayle Collegiate Classic at Deer Creek Golf Club in Clayton, Indiana.
